Creating safe and suitable homes for our tenants is our main priority.  

To provide the highest standard of affordable/fit for purpose developments that are needs led for people who live and work within health and social care, especially with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities and other profound conditions including challenging behaviour.

We aim to achieve all of this through carefully prepared, tried and trusted methods that have been developed from our broad skill set which encompasses health and social care, health and safety, front of house care and facility management all of which help us to promote inclusion for all Board Members, taking into account the diversity of the sector of housing we have chosen, that being autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities and other profound conditions including challenging behaviour.
